Rosevelt
This client wanted a modest remodel to turn a standard Marina Style SF home with an unfinished garage / lower level into a high-end retreat with a roof deck featuring a retractable skylight. We gutted the interior, upgraded the foundation and reframed the roof to accommodate the roof deck and retractable skylight.
The finishes feature raw steel and oak tread staircases, custom glazing (including a backpainted glass backsplash for the kitchen), local custom cabinetry, trimless pivot closet doors and trimless doors and floor details. Lutron lighting controls, built in AV and radiant heat systems were also installed.
The chef’s kitchen is open to the backyard and great room for an amazing entertainment space. Custom steel, glass, woodwork, and cabinetry as well as Neolith walls and countertops with custom sink integrations were installed throughout. The oversized pivot hinged front door was built and installed by us.
