This full-gut remodel brought a dated house into the modern age with a new design, all new finishes, a wrap around deck and swimming pool.  The design features a wall of sliding doors that open the entire corner of the house in addition to all modern fixtures, finishes and layout – both inside and out.  No surface was left untouched. 

The chef’s kitchen is open to the backyard and great room for an amazing entertainment space.  Custom steel, glass, woodwork, and cabinetry as well as Neolith walls and countertops with custom sink integrations were installed throughout.  The oversized pivot hinged front door was built and installed by us.
